Thank you for posting your article that reads that is takes 66 days to form good habits. Too many people fall the idea that it only takes 21 days.
You are correct on pain is the motivator to change a habit. I was suffering from sciatica when I took up swimming everyday, getting to the pool by 7 am. I have been swimming for the last three years.
I have been journal writing for the last six years and continue to write.
