In the court documents, Chad was reported to have said, "Sorry" and "I don't beat up women." in front of the police who were present. That is his attempt at damage control. Not someone who is in a manic/panic state. More light needs to reflect upon abusers/controllers and their need to control all aspects of their abuse. This story is so repellent.
