I have told my boyfriend I strive for good sleep. I know what horrible disruptive sleep patterns brings to a person. Add a traumatic event and all you want to do is sleep but, you can’t. I had to work through a number of months to get back to a healthy sleep pattern.
I do not watch tv past 8:30 pm. People do not realize what video games does to someone’s sleep. If you play late into the evening it seems that your eyes are still registering the hyper action and flickering light upon your retinas. Crazy. I have stopped playing video games years ago for good sleep.
